Advises on energy and infrastructure projects, investments and commercial transactions. Her work covers the development, financing, construction and operation of wind and solar power plants.

Professional experience

Supports M&A structuring and execution, legal due diligence, corporate approvals and transaction closing. Works with investment and loan agreements, share purchase agreements and joint venture arrangements.

Advises on construction, equipment supply, operations and electricity sales agreements, including EPC, BoP, O&M, PPA and TSA contracts. Handles contractual risks, claims and the resolution of disagreements.

Has participated in working groups on renewable energy regulation and hybrid energy projects. Holds an LL.M. with distinction from the University of Bristol and was a finalist in the Sustainability category of the Study UK Alumni Awards.
